I was a faithful customer of British supplements for the last year. Excellent products, easy ordering process and such a quick delivery. However, recently have tried to order 3 times to no avail! Don’t know what the issue is, made my online order, got confirmation emails, and then nothing… logged on to my account to track my order and on 3 orders I made, cancelled and refunded were on my orders. I have been trying to contact them by email, by phone and by chat since I’m so disappointed not to be able to purchase my supplements through them but nobody has bothered to get back to me. I have tried another company and am hoping products are as good. It sure would be nice to get an explanation as to why orders were automatically cancelled and that someone would have the decency to respond to loyal clients….
