EDIT: I've been contacted by customer services via email and Dan was really pleasant and helpful so I've updated the score based on the experience as a whole. Hopefully the person(s) behind the poor live chat responses and replies to reviews will receive additional training and/or will be more considerate of how they deal with people in the future. Thanks so much, Dan.-------------------- Have used BS for years and always recommended them to everyone. Used the live chat to ask for the best supplements for certain issues and got a response stating they cannot provide medical advice - this is obviously perfectly fine if following legal requirements. They also sent a link and advised to view the supplements left to right, but the link didnt work - so I went back and said so and also provided a copy of the error code that the link created as I thought this could help them to fix it. I also said that pain management on the NHS is 100% lifestyle advice to reduce stress and calm the nervous system so asked if they advised which supplements please have the best reviews for those would that still be considered giving medical advice? I got a very curt and rude reply of "thank you for contacting us". Whoever I spoke to clearly felt my messages didn't even deem a response which was a shock and upsetting. I've been diagnosed with a myriad of conditions under the NHS and then essentially left to rot under the care of uninformed dismissive NHS GPs. I'm just struggling and barely managing everything while being continually dismissed and unfortunately have received the exact same treatment from BS. Just a genuinely nice person asking reasonable questions. I can see that replies to negative reviews on here have an equally unpleasant manner - "what a sad little man you are" as an example and it's such a shame that a company with such high quality supplements have such a bitter customer service team. I really admire BS and what they stand for but they're currently being completely let down by this.
