Its me Helen, representing theDiscountCodes.co.uk, a UK-based affiliate publisher.We joined British Supplements affiliate program (via Uppromote) in early 2025 and promoted their brand through high-ranking SEO content. Our dashboard showed over £13,000 in commissions (approved + pending) but not a single payment was made to us.We sent multiple emails on: Jan 20, Feb 10, 12, 17, 19, March 3, April 14, and May 26. As of June 13, we have received no response whatsoever.Worse, they shut down the affiliate dashboard, leaving us with no access to reporting. We contacted them through their official email (ContactUs @ british-supplements net) and directly to Chris Boyle (chris @ british-supplements net). Our emails are being read (confirmed via read receipts) yet still ignored.There’s no phone number or alternate contact method listed on their site. We have full proof and screenshots of the commissions and tracking.This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
