Update: after reading the reply from this company, I stand by every single word of my review. I think this guy needs help. He says Trustpilot want the negative reviews to force him to continue using them!!! If you are so unhappy with Trustpilot just don’t use them. Like I’m so unhappy with your company that I wouldn’t touch it with a barge pole. You insult the intellect of your customers when you need to look at yourself: INITIAL REVIEW : I ordered some Clean Collagen, but was advised by a friend to research thoroughly the pangasius fish used in this product. I was so shocked by what I found that I contacted this company and said I was exercising my Statutory Right to Cancel and would be returning these items product unopened. My review was initially going to be about their refusal to refund the postage which is a customer’s right under the Statutory Right to cancel and overrides any of their T&Cs and policies. I also wanted to highlight the numerous concerns there are by experts about pangasius fish. On reading other reviews I am absolutely shocked by the rude and in my opinion abusive replies given to customers. I don’t want anything to do with this company and will be contacting Trading Standards .
