Ordered garlic in early March, they arrived a few days later but the package was open and capsules had dulled out into the main packaging. I sent 3 emails to their contact email address for returns with pictures but had no reply. I then had a post purchase feedback email, I responded with feedback and was asked to send pictures of the packaging and slip with the pickers details, I did this the same day. It’s now April 5th and I’ve had no response to this (about two weeks ago). Really disappointing customer service, I was excited to find a British company that sells quality supplements. I take 8 different supplements per day and would have likely shifted it all to these guys. However, it’s now a month since I purchased the garlic and still nothing resolved. Same really.
