I've bought products from British Supplements and they seem to be good quality but I do agree with some of the negative comments on here. The marketing of the products/business needs some work; why give so much focus to competitors on your homepage rather than emphasising your own USPs? When I'm shopping for tumeric do I really care that Rolls Royce is German owned? The replies to negative comments here on Trustpilot are also really poor; calling people uneducated, paper brains and snowflakes. It doesn't sound like a business that cares about your health. Holland & Barrett might have Russian investors but they still reply respectfully to negative feedback.The preferred review platform of British Supplements also seems very dubious judging by the reviews (navigate to judge.me here on Trustpilot, filter to 1 star reviews). Many customers reporting that negative feedback can be deleted.
