Ordered from British Supplements for the first time after hearing rave reviews. I was notified my package would be delivered by Royal Mail who, to cut a long story short, misdelivered my parcel, then told me it was lost, then lied to me and told me it had indeed been delivered, and sent me on a wild goose chase of lies. They also told me a refund would be at the discretion of British Supplements. I contacted British Supplements, who were prompt in their communication and in sending me out a whole new batch of supplements to replace the ones lost or stolen by Royal Mail. Not only did British Supplements send out a new order within 48 hours, they also updated my address and went above and beyond throughout.I will write a new review in a couple of weeks once I have more to say about the Supplements themselves. This review is purely to congratulate British Supplements on their exemplary customer service. Truly, a company who care about their clients. The only piece of advice I would give BS is to use a different delivery service, as Royal Mail are a useless joke, and will have a negative impact on the business due to their incompetence. Other than that, 10/10 for diligence and customer service.
