I recently ordered some Lions Mane … when it turned up the packaging ( which was really good) had been battered by Royal mail it was in another bag supplied by them and the packing had been saturated in perfume. I emailed B.S to notify them and tbh wasn't expecting them to do anything about as in fairness wasnt their fault. Had a prompt reply off Harry to say a new package was on the way. Now that is class customer service
