After 57 yrs work using keyboards, strength in both thumbs/hands had gone - had to use 2 hands to use petrol pump, couldn't use thumbs. Started taking Clean Turmeric - 4 wks later all strength back, could open all jars, use petrol pump, open fizz bottles, and hold laden plates. Have now been taking for over a year and won't stop. Am so pleased & recommend 100% for difficulties with arthritis in hands.
