Firstly, fantastic products. I started by taking VitD3&K2 as requested by my GP after blood tests during covid revealed low levels of Vitamin D, this was about three years ago. I found British Supplements online when seeking what I was hoping would be quality supplements. My Vitamin D levels are now at the appropriate level and I have regular blood tests to monitor my levels. Since then I have purchased many supplements regularly from them. Overall the supplements have allowed me to go running and use weights most days as I wish to do so when beforehand I was getting niggly injuries. I generally feel a lot better within myself with minimal aches and pains at the age of 56yrs.This is a testimony to the supplements quality and impact I do believe.
