I take saw palmetto, vitamin d and magnesium and they are small capsules which are easy to swallow theres no bulking agents in the capsules. They work very very very well for me.I wanted a natural herb to help with overactive bladder rather then medication prescribed that the side effects put me in hosital. Working well and feeling optimistic for my future now
