I started British supplements 2 months ago, I share with my husband on some. I started with Lions Mane because I get so much anxiety, Magnesium because I wanted better sleep, even added zinc, vitamim c, Ashwagandha and B12. I started sleeping well at night again and naturally I thought it was the Magnesium, I ran out of lionsmane few days ago and I had the most restless night, and foggy brain during the day. I couldn’t think and was very irritable, I had to list everything I was taking and not taking on ChatGPT and I realized it was because I ran out of lions mane, I quickly ordered it and it came the next and as I type this on my bed at 7:24am on the 21st of September 2024, I had a heavenly peace and calm last night. My sleep was deep and no night thoughts which is a combination of the magnesium and lions mane! Btw similar thing happened with zinc, I noticed my head hair line was growing again and when I researched it, I found out it was the zinc! ohh and it helped with reducing breakouts too! This was before I started B12. Finally, I reduced my ashwagandhan to day time use only because I need it for energy and a stress free day, it can be too much for me at night.
