I have been purchasing supplements from British Supplements for quite some time and had previously been happy with the product despite delivery being on the slow side, however I had found on the 2 most recent occasions that the Collagen capsules that I had purchased had a number of capsules with the contents missing. I very much want to support a company such as this one and I really dislike giving negative reviews wherever possible but have emailed twice now on the: 20th May and a follow up email on the 15th June and have still not had a response. As a genuine long term customer I feel it's reasonable to expect a response?Will now look to order elsewhere from a company that values their customers.Disappointed to say the least.Would also like to add that I've definitely not had a message that's gone in to my spam folder as I can see this is the response that British Supplements have given to other customers.****Update, the reply received from Chris ( as below) is inaccurate and aggressive in tone. I absolutely did send emails on the dates stated. Not sure what is meant by the response he has given as follows:" do you want me to make a video to prove", prove what exactly???Also my name is Carole Robson not Carole Robinson so clearly they have not even searched correctly for my emails.Shame they are unable to take on board honest feedback that is intended to be constructive.I will leave it here as clearly they are not interested.
