I’ve been using this Company for a few years ordering different supplements & not had any problems until my LAST order, there was a month’s worth of capsules short. After ignoring a couple of my emails (including pictures of the order received) I sent another requesting that they send the remainder of my order or a refund, only then did they get back to me addressing me by a different name, they asked me to send in pictures of the order (I’d already done that) and they wanted a photo of the invoice so I sent that too, they didn’t get back to me. Since experiencing their most awful customer service I started reading their reviews and I was shocked, some folk hadn’t even received their orders and were ignored. I would advise people to seek out these reviews as it could potentially save you a lot of hassle. I have just purchased a similar quality product elsewhere and saved myself £10 so I should really thank them. I’m a loyal customer but I will NEVER buy from these again, their attitude is appalling in my opinion. No point in shouting from the roof tops how good your product is because if you don’t value & respect your customers it won’t work long term. Having read their feedback to negative reviews I am expecting a similar arrogant reaction to this. The truth hurts hey!
