Wow. I was just about to make a large purchase from this company, to check their products, before recommending them to my social media followers (as I run a few online groups to thousands of people, for health advice). I thought I’d check some reviews on here 1st, to check they are a legitimate, professional company 1st. After reading Chris’ replies to negative reviews of legitimate issues, I won’t bother. Sick people do not need extra stress, that could be life threatening for some, that are struggling with anxiety and depression. Not to mention Chris naming customers and breaking data protection laws, when customers chose not to give their name. The products might be great, but you are only as great as your customer service. The company might be growing now, that’s the easy part, keeping customers is the difficult part. So thanks for the pre-warning reviews guys. The one star reviews are always the most valuable.Someone in that company needs to ban Chris replying to customers, before they go bankrupt. I’m sure Chris has his good points in this business, but customer service is NOT it. He’s made the company sound like “Del Boy” selling out the back of a van. :/
