I take a stack of these vitamins. I have had MS since 2005 and do not take any pharmaceuticals. No one knows I have it unless I tell them:) My homoeopath and more recently a very good gp has told me which ones to take. Since upping my intake and changing my diet..blood group A and anti histamine I am feeling like I am back in my 40s instead of galloping towards pension date (66) now only 221 days away...(bx#@tds) ..don't get benefits as too healthy ..giggle. These are expensive (to me) but what is the point in buying empty powders? I would rather forgo something else and feel good. So my stack is Collagen...hair and skin looking blooming fabVitamin D3 and K2 had bloods checked awaiting results but I live in Scotland and this year not much sunZincVitamin C ..I will be doing my own version it is just that the black elderberry bushes are babies at the moment :)B12 good for those poor little damaged neuronsMSM NAC Q10 Magnesium Ashwaganda,Turmeric (use a spoon to get these out) I am not taking lions mane as I am waiting to see GP again (I don't usually see one as I self treat I was a nurse for 40+ years but this one comes highly recommended) if OK I shall grow my own (sorry Chris, nice to be involved in your own health journey too already making my own kombucha).. I have also used Lungwort and added this to my own remedy Bay (anti bacterial anti viral anti inflammatory anti fungal anti oxidant) and proper French onion soup (cheap as chips and full of the same properties for healing) I got bronchitis when travelling abroad and i didn't have my usual bay stash. Thanks OK new addition so bloods back and my levels are too high and I have been told to stop the Vitamin D and K2 by my very good and very clued up doctor (they seem to be rare as hens teeth these days) :(Also my LDL (the naughty cholesterol) is too high, so I have started on plant sterols.as i won't take statins !I tried the NHS Second Nature diet regime which seemed too fatty for me and it was because I had no problem last October when bloods were checked. I am now on the blood group diet and my GP has added an anti histamine diet and tweaked the supplements again, which I predominantly from Chris. The GP said I was full of inflammation when I first saw her ..and I was..every cell in my body was in pain..since a change of diet and supplements NO PAIN AT ALL and oodles of energy.. Christine Herbert's book on inflammation is an eye opener (bio medical scientist) I like to know the science ..have a good day and be well :)
