NMN what a revelation. I have had knee problems for most of my life. NMN was recommended by my son who had been researching natural supplements for the same problem. We started taking NMN approx 12 months ago from British Supplements. I couldn't get up the stairs "normally" and found it difficult to get up from sitting.I can honestly say that these have been a godsend. I can now walk upstairs normally, get up from sitting to standing without struggling or pain.I know they are not cheap but I highly recommend these to anyone with joint issues. I take some other supplements from this company and use their stacks page for pertinent information on which supplements would be of benefit to me as every person has different health issues and the page is extremely informative.I know that Chris cannot recommend any supplement for health issues but it is easy to research the supplement on good old "Google"Thank you Chris and the team.
