I wrote an honest review of their service and rather than get a professional response, along the lines of, for example : "Sorry for your experience. We'll take this into consideration and hopefully you'll have a better experience with us in the future", I got this snidey reply - see copy of messages below. Being peppered with adverts at literally every turn is a valid complaint. So why don't YOU be an adult, take on board the feedback and try and learn from it like the rest of us do. Lastly, I do not particularly want any drama either, but just a polite and respectful response, which literally costs nothing. My original response: Hmm! I'm not sure whether to buy again from here."I bought some Vitamin B12. They arrived on time and I actually genuinely have no complaints about the product itself. However, I have since been literally bombarded with their adverts. I've since been clicking block to each one but they are still appearing."Their reply:We only sell to adults so we wont be offering you our products again. The odds are very high that you go full Karen mode on a regular basis and we do not want the drama.
