Hi, I got my supplements around 1 month ago . I use Ashwagandha and Lions Mane and collagen marine ..I am struggling with deprression and anxiety. I can focus and rememeber things... I use to had to drink 2 strong coffee to do my things as I work late afternoon shift. I don't know about Lions mane or collagen but I have notice that even after too short sleep ,after take those all suplements I golet that "kick" I definitley have more energy which last me all day and I don't drink second coffee before work anymore. I notice better results when I do my trainings at gym. And it is just after one tablet in the morning, the second i take around 8.30 p.m and I also feel that is cooling me down, when it is tine to go sleep i go without any troubles . Unfortunately I will have to stop taking ashwagandha as I have to take antydepresants for short period ,but later i will back to it !deffinitly i recomend British Supllements ! Keep doing what you do , i will carry on shopping with you . Thanks
