Hey folks, I’ve been consuming a variety of supplements purchased from British-Supplements.net and started off with NAC about 6 months ago. Although the initial effects were low, my health did improve in so many ways. Since then i added mega magnesium, vitamin d3+k2, collagen, biotin, zinc, spirulina, nmn, resveratrol, magnesium threonate, lungwort, ashwaganda, omega 3, plant sterols, and creatine with a view to adding lions mane , cordyceps, Reishi mushrooms and chlorella .. I feel my health, nutritional intake, my sleep, energy, mental clarity, breathing and overall mental and physical and psychological general health have massively improved. I done a recent full blood work test and all is in good range. Ontop of the above list, i also take body health perfect aminos from another company - healf - and my the musculoskeletal injuries i have from an accident 25years ago are improving drastically. As with anything in life, all good things take time. Nothing great is coming overnight, though some little things do. The big things take some more time. Having said that, just consuming supplements is not the only answer to your health problems. You must take action on your nutritional habits eating whole foods cutting out sugar and ultra processed items - notice i did not use the word foods here, b/c ultra processed items are not food! Must must must take action on movement, ie walking, exercise, gym if possible, dancing, singing, breath work, meditation, getting out of the house etc … and Must take action on sleeping better with around 7-8hrs sleep every night .. combing all the above will without a doubt improve your quality of living, most probably decrease your biological age and help you live better and happier. British Supplements products are worth trying for yourself. Educate yourself, research the products, make better choices, switch off the tv, remove the distractions of mainstream media and popular consumer habits, and get second and third medical opinions… if your gp dr is not helping you come off of lifestyle drugs, you need a different dr. Medicine is curative and preventative. Getting repeat prescriptions is not. It’s like going to your local dealer and getting your regular short term fix. Do better folks. Live better. It’s your life. You’ve only got one. Make it count. :) wishing you all health and happiness. Click like where this review has helped you in some way :)
