The delivery service was excellent; my order arrived the next day and was very well packaged. I've just started taking the vitamin, so it's too early to evaluate its effectiveness, but I appreciate that it's a clean product with no unnecessary additives. I haven't experienced any side effects. I plan to order again in the future.
