I've been using a specific brand of vitamins for over a year and appreciate that there are no hidden ingredients in their supplements. The coenzyme CQ10 is truly revitalizing, and the magnesium is also excellent. Their Biotin is effective too; I would take the entire pack if I could, but I limit myself to one per day.
