They composed a letter for me to pass to my Heart Consultant throughly explaining the procedure and anaesthesia to be used. I was required to have the go ahead from my consultant prior of any appointments being made or money changing hands.
Onto the actual procedure and the whole Team were great. A very relaxing environment, super clean and very professional. The aftercare of follow up calls and appointments was excellent. I had the transplant in June 2024 and now in February 2026 I am very pleased with the results. It has made a huge difference to my confidence and I am so glad that I finally had it done.
