I don't often take the time to write reviews but felt I needed to comment on the excellent customer service provided by David at British Mouldings. It is a real sign that the firm have an outstanding 'can do' culture. British Mouldings were unfortunately not suitable for my requirements due to my location and the distance involved, but they still responded to my query in a timely manner. Even when it was clear that it wasn't going to result in a sale, they then provided follow on advice over where I might source a similar suitable product closer to home.
