I did have difficulties transferring the number from 02 to EE but these where network issues and I had to wait form them to be resolved. I think sometimes things do not always go smoothly however when I called British numbers the call was always answered, They also called me twice to see how things where going even though the problem was out of their hands. I was very impressed with the level of service and would recommend them for their professionalism and customer care.
