Nothing but problems with the scooter from start to finish , refused a full refund even though the scooter doesn't do what was advertised, spent time on 100s of emails and still no joy , offshore customer service team again are no help at all as you get a different person every day . Ended up having to settle for money off . Would not buy fromThem again , if you want piece of mind with your purchase I would shop elsewhere
