SCAM COMPANY! ordered a little lighter/pipe thing. They took the money, marked the parcel as delivered but no delivery has ever been attempted. No contact number (What A Shock) will be slamming your company everywhere until I get my item or a full refund. EDIT: after my original review. They finally reached out and contacted me and sorted the problem. Now finally have my item. It turns out they ship from china, so anything you order will take a few weeks
