If I could give a lower rating than one star, I certainly would. I placed an order two weeks ago for a flannel shirt that was marked as available. Almost immediately after my order, it went out of stock. I assumed I had snagged one of the last items, but two weeks later, my order remains in the processing stage. It says it's pending information, and when I reached out to customer support via email, their replies felt like generic copy-paste responses. It seems they are hesitant to cancel orders. A friend of mine has had a similar experience, waiting over a month. I have nothing good to say about the online ordering process with this service. While I like their products, I will never order online again. It's better to make a purchase in-store, even at a higher price, than to deal with this service online.
