I really wish I had done more research before ordering directly from this service. My return and exchange experience has been one of the worst I've ever encountered. It took nearly two months for anyone to acknowledge the replacement issue, and when they finally did, they still got it wrong. I specifically requested a refund, not an exchange, as the long wait made the item unnecessary. After sending two follow-up emails for a status update, they processed it as an exchange anyway. Now I have to navigate the refund process again. It’s unfortunate when services like this make others look good.
