I ordered a hat from the website. The site defaults to a small size, and unfortunately, I didn’t notice before completing the order. I quickly placed a second order for the correct size and emailed customer support to cancel the first order. I received no reply. Both hats arrived, and what should have been a simple return turned into a frustrating ordeal that took up most of my morning. I faced numerous issues: the phone support number was useless, the online return portal didn’t work, and I never received a response about in-store returns. I simply want a resolution, and a manually generated return label seems like an easy fix, yet I’m still waiting. While the quality of their products may be fine, the lack of functional customer support makes me hesitant to order again.
