If I could give a lower rating, I definitely would. I ordered a flannel shirt two weeks ago that was shown as available. Almost immediately after ordering, it went out of stock. I thought I had ordered one of the last items, but now, two weeks later, my order is stuck in processing. It indicates pending information, and when I contacted customer support via email, their responses felt generic. It seems they are reluctant to cancel orders. A friend of mine had a similar experience and has been waiting over a month. I have no positive feedback about the online ordering process with this service. While I appreciate their products, I will not order online again. It’s better to shop in-store, even at a higher price, than to deal with this service online.
