Could not speak to a human person, we are elderly and can't remember password,forgot the mobile number on account ,5 hours it took to get something sorted,trying to contact ceo of talk talk, tried number again and got talking to alwin he is sending anew lead, this is not what I would call good customer service,could you send out by post,a reference number for me to use in future, if I have problems again,I am not a engineer, I do not understand the way these things wor k,my niece had to give up the best part of her day to help us ,there should be a number helpline for the elderly
