I used BroadbandGenie two years ago to change my broadband supplier and was very pleased with the £105 Amazon voucher I received, I have again purchased my new broadband through BroadbandGenie, but I am a little concerned at some of the critical reviews of them, that I have read on other review sites, so lets see, I have awarded three stars so far on my new review and If I have a positive result and get the £90 Shell broadband voucher, offered, I will update my review and change the rating to five stars.Update: 14/12/2023BroadbandGenie asked me for the my order number and personal details, which I gave them.They have come back to me and said the voucher is nothing to do with them, even though that was part of the broadband offer/deal offered by them.Update: 29th April 2024.Charlotte from BroadbandGenie said that Giftcloud had tracked my purchase of Shell Broadband and not to worry, as my voucher would be forthcoming within the 120 day vaildation period, this has now passed and I am still worried as I have not received my £90 voucher ! 😟 I purchased the broadband from the BroadbandGenie website, so hold them ultimately responsible, I am going around in circles with each blaming the other ! So come on BroadbandGenie, man up and get this sorted.
