7/9/23: Applied for Shell Energy BB and registered online with BB Genie at the same time to claim my £85 Amazon voucher. 26/11/23: Their online Voucher Tracker has no record of my application (despite my screenshot from 7/9/23 showing otherwise), so when prompted I entered my details so that they could investigate and get back to me.24/11/23: BB Genie have not got back to me so I left a voicemail with them to call me back and left a written formal complaint. Less than one hour later they got back to me and explained that the Voucher Tracker is broken and doesn't forward to them details to investigate. I was also told that the initial applications may not work. However my details were taken again and I was promised it would take 2 to 3 months for my voucher to come through. 20/12/23: My voucher email has arrived and I've now turned it into an £85 credit on my Amazon account. In total took over 100 days to get the voucher
