BCI was super responsive and user friendly right from the start of setting up an appointment online. A friend of mine recommended Heather to me, and it couldn't have been a better match. She is so welcoming and attentive, I felt safe, heard, encouraged, and optimistic that she can help me meet my counseling goals. The front desk staff was super helpful too, and made me a priority over a phone call as soon as I walked up the stairs. There wasn't a wait at all.
