" Broker LESS !..." they should be called !!! They are the absolute worst , I mean WORST in Customer Service EVER. I was on hold today for over 23 minutes, just to make a dam payment on my Mother's policy. Can't imagine if she ever had a claim. She/we will be dumping them on her renewal 110%. TIP; find a smaller Insurance Broker who actually answers the phone and cares. They are a prime example of " Big is NOT always better"... in fact most ,much worse.
