Amazing service. Marilyn Crane was incredible. She looked after everything I needed; she re-activated my insurance policy that shouldn’t have been cancelled; she made sure my insurance was binding over the holidays when not everyone was available; she walked me through insuring my new car; ensured my change of address for both home and auto was done; AND kept me informed every step of the way. When I was on hold, she would email me to let me know what was happening; when I got cut off, she phoned me back immediately. Just incredible. The epitome of stellar customer service.
