I have been trying for over a week to get to talk to a broker. No one answers ANY of their many phone lines. All I need is a new quote withy employer's discount applied. Someone did answer the phone today, but he was with the sales department and tried to transfer me to a broker, but the call was not picked up and I got a message that there were NO BROKERS AVAILABLE AND TO CALL BACK LATER!!!!!!I'M GOING TO CHANGE MY INSURANCE COMPANY FOR BOTH MY POLICIES SINCE THERE DOESN'T SEEM TO BE ANYONE WORKING AT BROKERLINK THE LAST 2 WEEKS!!!!! I AM SO UPSET WITH THEM.
