10+ years dealing with the Mayfield location of brokerlink. This location has closed and now I have spent multiple hours on hold over multiple days trying to reach a human. This is absolutely disgraceful customer service. Unfortunately I will be leaving them and Intact as a result as last years renewal was also rife with complications. I have a 19year old SUV and a 15 year old truck no accidents in 35 years driving and my automobile premiums have increased by 20% over the last 2 years. No claims + depreciating vehicles = increase??? WTH. Last year I was hard pressed for time on the the insurance too bad they can't answer the phone they might have been able to retain my business. I would not recommend them to anyone as they have gone completely automated rather than training and paying a competent staff a reasonable wage. Also I put down todays date for review but this has been a problem for a year or more.
