I have an existing policy with Intact Insurance, but was recently informed that I now need to go through BrokerLink to make any changes. Unfortunately, the experience has been nothing short of frustrating.I attempted multiple times to contact customer service to add a vehicle to my policy, only to be placed on hold endlessly without ever reaching a representative. Out of curiosity, I tried calling the "new customer" line and got through in under two minutes—clearly, they prioritize potential sales over supporting existing clients.However, the new customer line couldn’t help with my request, and I’m still stuck waiting to speak with someone who can. The lack of responsiveness and poor service is unacceptable. I’ll be exploring other insurance providers to avoid dealing with this kind of inefficiency in the future.
