Can I give zero stars?I was with a small brokerage firm call Hartwell Thayer and through firms joining up , ended up with this company of zero customer service or relationship!You could spend an hour on the phone with an agent, and if disconnected, they don’t call you back!Everytime you call or email, it’s a different person that gets your call, and no one cares!There is absolute zero service at this company! I tried to go directly to my insurer and was told I had to wait until my annual coverage was finished or will be penalized by 2 month worth of charges! I am ready to pull out my hair because the completely uncaring people that work at this company and getting no answers to having to pay 2 months worth of insurance to go directly to my insurer, I am a hostage to this terrible company!Never again! Please do not make the mistake I made! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
