If there was a zero star button, they would not even get one star. Without so much as a phone call, I received paperwork in the mail saying that my insurance was being transferred to another company. The mail right now is not reliable so I had almost no notice. My new policy just happened to be with a company that owns brokerlink, which I think is a conflict of interest to begin with. Anytime I tried to contact broker link I was unsuccessful. I even left messages for a callback and received none. I did receive an email saying if I had any questions or concerns to contact them… That’s a joke! I went with another company and ended up getting more coverage at almost $2000 a year less than what I was quoted with my new company!! I had been with brokerlink for almost 25 years, I guess loyalty isn’t a thing with this company. Worst customer service ever… avoid!!
