AVOID THIS SERVICE AT ALL COSTS! I had a truly frustrating experience when I used them for my move from one city to another. They altered the quoted price multiple times, and then again when the movers arrived. They promised delivery on New Year's Day 2024, which never happened. My belongings were held outside of a major city for nearly a month. I spent the first two weeks in my new city with only what I could fit in my car, sleeping on an air mattress and buying a futon to sit on, which cost me $750 in clothes just to have appropriate attire for work. I also had a 14-year-old dog living in an unfurnished apartment. When the movers finally arrived, it was two weeks past the promised date, and they wouldn’t unload until I provided the final payment. Only one mover came to my apartment, so I had to assist in unloading the truck, and he even asked for a tip. This was undoubtedly one of the worst experiences I've ever had. This service is merely a middleman, and hiring them will lead to a terrible experience. I also lodged a complaint with the regulatory authority due to the awful service. I have messages and emails that confirm their dishonesty. Please, steer clear of this service for anything at all. They are deceitful and untrustworthy.
