Brookfield installed my solar panels in March 2023. The guy who came out to survey and discuss the proposal was down to earth with no flannel and gave me the information I needed in an easy to understand manner. I went ahead with the installation (18 panels) and have been very pleased with the results. We had our first health check a few months ago and all was working well. The ONLY problem I had was when my energy company came to install a new meter and the engineer (Not from Brookfield) put the feed clip from my solar on the wrong way. Brookfield advised me to change it , which I did and hey presto it was recording feed into the grid again ok! From my personal experience I would heartily recommend anyone to try them out (it cost nowt to ask) .A friend in our village has also used them on my recommendation and found them to be as good as I did...In short ..great service and communication without the flannel.
