The fitting by the Brookfield engineer was straightforward, Gav worked efficiently and his explanation of how the system worked was easily understood. An app is available for the system which is useful to monitor the system both home and away. Prior to the fitting, Katie was our contact person at the Brookfield office. Katie was excellent, helpful in her explanation of the most efficient system for our property. Any questions were answered, Katie was quick in responding to emails and always found the answer to our queries. In addition to the new system install, we have used Brookfield for many years to service and maintain our solar panel system.
