Where do you start, to find the right company after hours of researching solar panels and battery storage.After getting 3 quotes to have a solar and battery storage system fitted, Brookfield Renewable Energies were a clear winner in my eyes.From start to finish the whole team kept us fully informed from start to finish.Let start with the quote, Ken came out to visit to give us the quote, he went through the options and gave us the opportunity to go for the system he believed would be excellent for our needs, Ken was so polite and never put pressure on any of the process or the quote.After looking at the quote, I did more research, and emailed Ken to let him know that we had decided to go with a 14 panel and 3 battery system, within an hour on a Saturday he had replied with the total cost, I take my hat off to him for his dedication to Brookfield Renewable.On the Monday, I called their office and spoke to Karen, who was a very pleasant lady, and asked if we could confirm that we wished to go ahead with the second quote they had supplied, Karen arranged the next step to have the home survey completed, in a good timely manner.The survey went ahead the same week, the surveyor, was very knowledgeable, and was able to answer all the questions that need to be asked, when you are making such a purchase, which definitely put my mind at ease, when the project is a big outlay, and the stress it may cause when you know the system has to be fitted onto the roof of your home, which myself, I wasn't quite sure how the roof tiles where going to be disturbed to fit the system, but after he explained the process, I was more at ease.I was given the dates for the whole install process in one phone call, all the dates given were adhered to.The scaffolders arrived on time to erect the scaffold, they were very professional, and kept us informed on all the aspects on how they were going to build the scaffold.18/06/2024, today we had the system install, (I am unable to remember all the guys names), The team again turned up in a timely manner, the roof team who fitted the panels, were very professional and definitely knew what they were doing, a big thanks go out to them.The electrician who attended, he was an excellent guy, he probably would of got on a lot quicker, if I wasn't asking him so many questions, but he carried on with his work and answered all the queries I had with the system, this guy needs a definite pat on the back, for his dedication to customer support.Overall, If anyone is looking for a good reliable company to install a Solar system, Brookfield Renewable are 100% genuine and were the most pleasant company to deal with, with no hard sell.
