Once again, ordered what looks like some great clothes but having been notified by Evri that they were to be delivered 4 days ago (Saturday) - they still have not arrived (now Tuesday)! Brook Taverner - you seem to be a great company, from placing my order your communication was first class, you despatch of goods was first class but you, as a company, are being tragically let down! This is the second experience I have had with your delivery service Evri, it will be very hard to come back to you again I'm afraid - despite being a customer for many years! 😢 You really, really need to think quickly who you use to do your deliveries - or at least give an option at checkout - because if there was a choice between Evri and AN Other I would opt for AN Other every single time!!!
