Good range of products but the web experience needs work. Site slow to respond. There is an item limit on how much the basket holds, which is annoying as there are no wishlists you can build to spot and save items, which is also annoying. And to cap it all the offers do not seem coordinated, with emails offering me discounts overlapping with other emails and codes. And then searching for all offers together does not seem to work. A disappointing mess that needs sorting for an otherwise good company.
