I could not find Dover Sole on the WEST coast. Truffle Shuffle gave me your info. I spoke by phone to someone when I was thinking about ordering Dover Sole from the East Coast, & the person I spoke to was extremely knowledgeable so I decided to order the Sole. I was SO impressed with their service as it arrived in 2 days & it was the BEST sole I have ever eaten!!!
