I was throughly pleased with my first pair of gloves!So much so that I ordered a second pair, but I thought I’d try a size M, thinking I could wear either a Small or a Medium. However, the size medium was way too large and didn’t help with my arthritis. I contacted Brownmed, and they happily exchanged them for another size small. Now I can wash one pair and have a second to wear anytime. Brownmed customer satisfaction is EXCELLENT!
